Boot Camp

These sessions can be hard work but always fun. All of the exercises can be adapted to suit your current Fitness Level. Strength Training is an essential part of a runners training program. As it helps to strengthen Muscles and Joints which in turn reduce the risk of injury and can improve your overall running performance, Health & Fitness.


Boot Camp sessions are delivered by Fitness Instructor
