Run Fit is a Hartlepool based running group. Formed in 2015 with the aim of providing running sessions in a fun, friendly, supportive atmosphere, accessible to everyone regardless of ability.
With a number fully qualified Volunteers to help lead, coach and assist at our Adult & Junior sessions. We can offer structured sessions to help and support you on your running journey. Whether that be to improve your overall health, fitness and wellbeing or maybe you want to take part in your local park run, Trail Race or Marathon!
We currently have four running sessions per week. Adults & Juniors meet every Monday with adult only sessions on a Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday. We also hold a Boot Camp every Tuesday Evening.
Experience tells us that running isn’t for everyone, So with that we have a walking group that meet every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. And as another means to keeping active we will soon be starting group bike rides.
Run Fit is actively involved in the local area working on various community projects. With the support of organisations such as the Wharton Trust, Tees Valley Sport and Sport England. Together we are helping to improve lives through sport and decrease the amount of inactivity in adults & children.
In 2018 we became a Community Interest Company.
